How to sign up in Procys?

We explain in simple steps how to start working with Procys from the main page. It takes no more than three minutes to sign up

1. Open the Procys page and select Log in from the navigation menu at the top of the screen.

2. Within the Log in section, the phrase “Don’t have an account? Sign up”. Click on Sign up.

3. When you click on Sign up, a form displayed where you must fill:

1. 1. Country.
   2. First name.
   3. Last Name.
   4. Email.
   5. Password.
   6. Confirm password.

Click continue to the next screen.

4. The second part of the form, asks for the VAT number. (If you have VAT number please type it here to let us work with taxes correctly. We identify companies by VAT numbers/ Company name/ Company ID, please enter yours).

1. 1. 1. Next, you must configure the Set up two-Factor Authentication, to do this go to Google Authenticator and scan the QR code provided by Procys. Then enter the 6-digit code and click Continue. This way you will activate the 2fa, it is a login process with one more step with authentication and more security.
      2. Also, you have the option to skip this step by clicking Ask me later.
   2.  If you do not have a VAT number, click continues without VAT, you must complete the following sections:
      1. Company name
      2. Company address
      3. Company postal code
      4. Contact number
      5. Company City

5. Lastly, read and accept the terms of service and privacy policy. Accept if you want to receive the latest news from Procys by email and click on register user.
